Rule 10
Duty rights of Srestedar

(1) In addition to the work duties mentioned elsewhere in the prevailing laws and regulations, the work duties and rights of the Srestedar shall be as follows -
(a) If the documents brought to the court for registration have been examined and verified, the necessary court fee or fee shall be charged and registered, and if it cannot be registered, the reason shall be returned or returned to the court,
(a1) To prepare and publish the weekly case list of the court and to prepare the daily payee list and submit it to the judges for the purpose of round process,

(f) Making necessary arrangements and coordination to deliver quality services from the court on time to the stakeholders including the parties to the case,

(i) To understand documents received in the court, to compensate and to audit as required,

(2) In the absence of a judge, the Srestedar shall perform the work of allowing the arrest warrant to be issued in the criminal case in which the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff.
(3) In the absence of a judge, the Srestedar may issue an order according to the law on the request to seize the property in accordance with Section 156 of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act, 2074.
(4) The order made by the Srestedar as per sub-rule (3) shall be submitted to the bench for reconsideration after the judge appears in the court.
(5) Except as mentioned in this regulation, if there is any obstacle in any matter, the Srestedar shall submit the matter to the bench and do so according to the order.
(6) In accordance with this rule, except for the registration of documents or the preparation of pay lists, any work prescribed by the Srestedar to be done by the Srestedar in this regulation, the Srestedar may delegate to an officer or other employee below him as necessary with the prior approval of the judge acting as head. (7) According to this regulation, the work to be done by Khrestedar shall be done by the senior employee in his absence.
